Welcome to Duchy Pool Maintenance!
These terms govern the use of our pool and spa maintenance services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services Provided
We offer professional cleaning, maintenance, and repair services, including:
- Regular pool cleaning (filtering, skimming, brushing)
- Chemical balance testing & adjustment
- Equipment inspection & minor repairs
- Pool & spa equipment installation or replacement (if applicable)
Scheduling & Service Frequency
Services are scheduled based on your selected package:
- One-time services must be requested in advance
- Regular maintenance available weekly, biweekly, or monthly
- Schedule adjustments may be made seasonally
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept bank transfers
- Additional charges for repairs or extra services will be confirmed beforehand
- Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly fee on overdue balances
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure safe and accessible pool areas for our technicians. A missed service fee may apply if access is restricted.
Service Cancellations & Modifications
Customers may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations under 24 hours may incur a £40 fee.
Repairs & Parts
Necessary repairs will be communicated for customer approval before proceeding. Warranty assistance is provided, but uncovered costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Liability Limitations
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or injuries unless caused by our negligence. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
Confidentiality
Your privacy is respected, and personal details will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.
Termination of Service
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' notice. Refunds for unused services will be considered per the agreement.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for service delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, strikes, or supply disruptions.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
We may update these terms and will notify customers of changes. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by UK law, with disputes resolved in UK courts.
